Always late to the party

Brain churns with proposals light years ahead

But my response is late

I’m trailing behind

Looking in the window

Locked out the gate

Always trying to make the difference

Failure riding my coattails

With a spark of low self esteem

My propositions and intentions

Lift me up

With a swift wave of change

Crushing Dreams

Encourages me to slay
